Terms and Conditions
Overview
Please place orders before 12.am the night before you want your delivery.
Our refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your delivered meal should be in a condition which is unsafe to consume.
Please email us the reason and pictures to claim a refund for the delivered meals to orders@acharimeals.com.au
Refunds
Once we receive your refund request and assess the claim. Upon approval, we will either refund you the amount you paid for the meal or issue you a discount for your next order, subjected to your choice.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@acharimeals.com.au
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Once the order is placed, you can cancel it before 12.am the night before scheduled delivery.
Once the order is preparing, you will not be able to cancel or get a refund.
